Cancellation and Pet Policy

Reservations

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made outside of 30 days (180 days for groups of 20 or more) are refunded, less a service charge of 20% of the lodging total. Cancellations made within 30 days (180 days for groups of 20 or more) will forfeit the 50% lodging deposit. However, either way, your deposit can be applied to a future visit within a years time.

If you leave before your scheduled departure date, you will be charged for the full price of your reserved stay unless we are able to rebook your room or cabin.

Refundable Damage/Key Deposit: A $100 damage/key deposit will be held at the time of check in. A charge of up to $100 will only be ran through in the event of damage to the room. $10 charge for keys not returned.

Pet Policy:

$20.00 per pet/per night pet fee + $200.00 refundable damage deposit. The $200 damage deposit will be refunded in whole or in part depending on the condition of the premises at the time of departure. Pets must be kept on a leash and attended at all times. Pets are not allowed in rooms unattended.

Payment:

Circle K Ranch accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash or travelers checks.

Check In and Check Out Times:

You are welcome to check in as early as 3:00 pm. Earlier check in times can be arranged. If your room/cabin is not ready, you are welcome to enjoy the other ranch facilities.

Check Out is 10:00 am. If you would like a late check out, please check with the front desk. This can sometimes be arranged and we are always happy to do our best to accommodate your requests.

Arrival:

Please notify us in advance if you will arrive later than 5:00 p.m.
